The YouTube Music Foundry is a series of live performance videos recorded in YouTube Spaces and Pop-ups throughout the world. In partnership with FADER, the Treeboy team handled creative direction, talent relations,multi-camera studio production, set design, live music engineering and mixing, and post-production on clips shot in Los Angeles, Nashville and London.
In real time, the Treeboy team shot, edited and released three broadcast-quality 30-second spots at the 2018 Fader Fort in Austin, Texas. The mini-docs profiling performers at the annual SXSW destination were shared socially on Fader and Pabst Blue Ribbon’s Instagram accounts.
